A Classic UV-C steriliser from Elecro Engineering — pool water passes a UV-C lamp that destroys bacteria, viruses, algae and fungi as it flows through, and breaks down the combined chlorine (chloramines) that cause the "chlorine" smell and stinging eyes.
Double Classic: for pools up to about 110 m³, flow up to 32 m³/h. Twin low-pressure / high-output UV lamps, 128 W total, up to 9,000 hours' life each. Unit size (L×W×D): about 982 × 519 × 119 mm. Supplied with 2″/63 mm stepped ABS unions plus 1½″/50 mm reducers, so it plumbs straight into a domestic pool return line.
The result is cleaner, clearer, softer-feeling water on far less chemical — you can run lower free chlorine — with no harmful gases or by-products. Fit it after the filter and heater.
